The Wharf House is a waterside development in Hilperton, near Trowbridge. A timber-framed property with PV solar panels, 11kW batteries and a Grant heat pump. The house is very well insulated and sealed for efficiency.

Work has almost finished on this development of three eco-build townhouses in Combe Down, Bath. The three-storey, four-bedroom properties feature the latest air-source heat pumps with underfloor heating, making them thermally efficient. Each home also has three off-street parking spaces and an EV charging point. The ground floor has engineered oak flooring throughout and the hand-built kitchen is fitted with high-quality AEG integrated appliances and quartz stone worktops.  

We’ve just finished this kitchen refit in Bradford on Avon, installing a Howdens Clerkenwell Gloss kitchen in slate grey with white quartz worktops, Neff appliances and Karndean flooring. We removed the kitchen and utility, knocked down the utility wall, repositioned the hallway door further back into the hall, fitted a new RSJ to extend the opening, blocked up one of the kitchen windows to create space for a hob in the new kitchen, rewired, plastered and repainted. We also created a new room in the garage for a toilet and fitted a new utility where the toilet used to be. The client’s really happy with the result.
